Painted in thick layers of paint over an undercoat of neon pinks.
The decoupage has been printed in fade-resistant ink designed to last up to 100 years before any fading occurs. Then painted over the top to blend all of the components together in thick layers and dribbles. The text reads, 'Let your heart sing' in the undercoat. Some of the paints will flouresce under uv light. The stars are neon yellow and have been hand cut. The sides are painted in a hot pink and chartreuse green.
Distressed all over to reveal glimpses of the undercoat and back to wood in some areas to age it.
Finally varnished with a floor varnish to provide a durable finish.
This is a VINTAGE refurbished piece and may have life marks, dinks, knocks etc. The construction is of a high quality, veneer. The locks still functions so the doors latch securely with one key.
The interior consists of one large cupboard compartment on the bottom. The top has a mirrored interior with two removable glass shelves and a pull-out mirrored work surface. The mirrors have a little foxing and 'nibbling' to the edges of the silvering. There is no interior light.
